Accommodation Information
Registrants must make their own accommodation bookings. Listed below are a few hotels that are located close to campus.Rooms have been reserved on campus in Ron Eydt Village (campus map, building REV) for the nights of May 19, 20, and 21.
Accommodations include single and double rooms. Each floor consists of 24 rooms with 2 large washrooms per floor (1 male and 1 female) along with a common lounge for after-hours networking. The UW room rate is $45.00/night for a Single Room plus applicable taxes and $31.50/person for a Double Room plus applicable taxes. These rates include daily housekeeping of the common areas along with linen and towel exchange every three days. Individual reservations can be made by registering online at http://www.conferences.uwaterloo.ca or calling directly at 519-884-5400. Individual guests must provide a Visa, MasterCard or AMEX to guarantee their reservation and quote the conference name “Bio Stats Conference” to ensure the quoted conference rate.
